Christopher U. Robles

Co-Founder & Managing Attorney

Christopher U. Robles is a lifelong resident of Metairie, LA, and a seasoned legal professional in the real estate sector. He began his educational journey at Brother Martin High School, graduating in 2005. Chris pursued higher education at Louisiana State University and then the University of New Orleans, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. In 2014, he added a Juris Doctor degree from Southern University Law Center to his credentials.

As Co-Founder and Managing Attorney, Chris plays an essential role in driving the company’s strategic vision and legal expertise. With a strong foundation in law, Chris launched his career specializing in real estate, quickly becoming proficient in all facets of residential and commercial real estate. His expertise spans examining titles, resolving title issues, preparing and issuing title policies, and conducting closings. His legal acumen extends beyond real estate, covering consumer finance, estate planning, successions, contract disputes, business acquisitions, personal injury, and a range of civil matters.

Throughout his career, Chris has been integral to thousands of real estate transactions. From sales and refinances to construction loans, owner financing, bond for deeds, and investment projects, Chris has navigated and resolved a wide array of property-related issues. His hands-on experience in these areas underscores his ability to handle complex real estate scenarios efficiently.

Outside the office, Chris enjoys quality time with his wife and two sons. His passions include traveling, social outings with friends, and expanding his real estate portfolio.

Chris is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the Louisiana State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Louisiana Land Title Association (LLTA), the American Land Title Association (ALTA), and the National Notary Association. He is a licensed Louisiana Title Insurance Producer and is certified by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission as a licensed vendor to provide continuing education courses to real estate agents year-round.

Melissa M. Robles

Co-Founder & General Operations Director

Melissa M. Robles, a lifelong resident of the vibrant New Orleans metropolitan area, has called places from Marrero to Uptown to Lakeview home, and now resides in Metairie, LA. A graduate of Louise S. McGehee School (2005), Melissa earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loyola University New Orleans. In 2018, she furthered her education with a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of New Orleans, and soon after, she became a Licensed Professional Counselor through the Louisiana Board of Professional Counselors.

As Co-Founder and General Operations Director, Melissa plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic vision and operational excellence. She is renowned for her exceptional interpersonal skills and her knack for managing operational efficiencies. Melissa’s responsibilities include steering daily operations, overseeing the implementation of advanced title software, and leading a dedicated team to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes for clients.

Melissa’s background in psychology and counseling uniquely positions her to foster strong client relationships and maintain high standards of customer service. Her expertise in regulatory compliance and operational management has been integral to the company’s growth and success.

Outside the professional sphere, Melissa enjoys a fulfilling personal life with her husband and their two young sons. She loves traveling, networking, and socializing with friends.

In addition to her professional role, Melissa is an active member of the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and engages in various community outreach initiatives focused on homeownership education. Her commitment to excellence extends beyond the office, reflecting her dedication to both her profession and her community.

Chris B. Fontenot, Sr.

Attorney

Chris B. Fontenot, Sr., a Chicago native now thriving in New Orleans, LA, has built a distinguished career in law and community service. A 1983 graduate of Brother Martin High School, Chris went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from Xavier University of New Orleans, with a minor in Economics. His academic journey continued with a Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center, followed by an LL.M. in Taxation from Southern Methodist University.

With over 28 years of legal expertise, Chris offers comprehensive counsel in estate planning, successions, property tax issues, real estate closings, and civil litigation. His experience spans both private practice and notable public sector roles. He has served as legal counsel for the Louisiana Revenue and Taxation Department, the City of New Orleans Attorney’s Office, and the Louisiana Department of Insurance, where he tackled complex cases involving sales tax, property taxes, insurance taxes, and alcohol and beverage laws.

Beyond his legal accomplishments, Chris is deeply committed to his family and community. He is the proud father of three children and cherishes time with his grandchildren. Outside of his professional life, Chris is passionate about sports, travel, socializing, and music. His love for music shines through his performances with the St. Leo the Great Gospel Choir, including memorable appearances at the New Orleans Jazz Festival. Chris also performs with Terence and the Fortress band and has recently rediscovered his childhood joy of playing the saxophone and clarinet.

Chris is an active member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and proudly serves in the Xi Beta Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, embodying dedication and service in both his professional and personal endeavors.

April Guerra

Closing Coordinator

April Guerra is a Kenner, LA native who combines a love for her community with a keen passion for real estate. A 2012 graduate of Chapelle High School, April went on to study at Nicholls State University and later earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of New Orleans. In 2020, she expanded her expertise by completing an Associate of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy.

As the Closing Coordinator, April is the linchpin of our real estate transactions. Her blend of administrative expertise and organizational prowess ensures that every client’s experience is smooth and efficient. April’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to our team.

When she’s not ensuring seamless closings for our clients, April enjoys spending quality time with her family, playing with her beloved dogs, Zane and Josie, and embarking on travel adventures with her husband.

Jarrette J. Tuircuit

Attorney

Jarrette J. Tuircuit, originally from Reserve and now residing in LaPlace, LA, has forged a distinguished career in law and real estate. After graduating from East St. John High School in 2005, Jarrette pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Southeastern Louisiana University. His journey in law took a decisive turn in the Fall of 2013 when he earned his Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center, where he formed a lasting connection with fellow alumnus Chris Robles.

Jarrette’s legal career commenced as a Judicial Law Clerk under the retired Honorable Judge Madeline Jasmine of the 40th Judicial District Court. Since then, he has cultivated extensive experience across various legal fields, including family law, wills, successions, and personal injury. However, his true passion lies in real estate. Starting his real estate portfolio in 2016, Jarrette has been deeply involved in commercial and residential transactions, focusing on new construction loans, refinances, and investment acquisitions.

Outside the courtroom and real estate ventures, Jarrette enjoys a well-rounded life filled with travel, both nationally and internationally, and indulging in fine dining and movie marathons. He treasures moments with his family and close friends, especially spoiling his niece and nephews, and remains dedicated to diversifying his real estate portfolio.

Jarrette is an active member of numerous professional organizations, including the Louisiana State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the 40th Judicial District Bar Association, the Louisiana District Attorney’s Association, the Louisiana Drug Court Program, and the National Notary Association. Additionally, he is a committed member of the New Orleans Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., reflecting his dedication to professional excellence and community engagement.
